For most of that time Maitena has focused on the pharmaceuticals sector where her activity has centred on consulting, capability development and design of planning and analytical tools.
She has been designing and delivering a range of initiatives for big and mid-size pharma companies at both global and local level. These initiatives have covered brand strategy and planning, market access, launch readiness, multi-channel engagement, field force capabilities assessment and coaching, and key account management.
Maitena has experience in a broad range of therapy areas, however she has done extensive work in oncology, rheumatology, cardiology and respiratory. Key clients include AstraZeneca, Novartis, GSK, Pfizer, Almirall, Takeda, Astellas, Otsuka, Roche and MSD.
